Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

📦 Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 250
  • Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 2,980
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (may extend up to 7 working days during peak seasons)
  • No Deliveries on Sundays
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • All new customers will receive order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our customer support team

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

At Zorina.pk, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We are here to assist you.

1. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original condition
  • Customers must return the product via a trackable courier service at their own expense
  • Items not in resellable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange

2. Faulty Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately
  • Faulty items can be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and all accessories

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • To request an exchange, please fill out the return/exchange form
  • Once approved:
    • A courier rider will collect the current item
    • A replacement item will be delivered
  • Exchange Charges: Approximately Rs. 500 (to cover two-way courier cost)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer
  • Delivery charges (usually Rs. 250) are non-refundable

Note:
In rare cases, refunds may be processed based on return tracking details without waiting for the item to arrive.

If your refund is delayed:

  • First check your bank account
  • Then contact your bank or card provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • Zorina.pk is not responsible for items lost during return transit

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong order placement by customer
  • Even if a product shows “free delivery,” the shipping cost is included in the product price
  • Delivery charges are only refundable if:
    • The product is faulty
    • There is a mistake from our side (wrong item or packing error)

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the return/exchange form
  2. Our support team will review your request and contact you
  3. Keep the product ready in its original condition
  4. Follow the instructions provided for return or exchange
